correspondence courses, on-site classes and one-on-one bible study.

Tom Dugan
PRISON MINISTER
Tom is a 42-year member of our church and Katy, his wife, is a lifetime member. For the last 2 1/2
years, Tom has been heading our Prison Ministry and Correspondence Courses.
Tom previously served for 34 years as an AF-24 State of Elderly Abuse Investigator and
Katy worked as a Secretary for 20 years.
They have 1 son and 2 daughters and 2 grand-daughters. Tom enjoys woodworking in his spare time
and Katy loves to sew.
